This charming and spacious 120 m² apartment is designed to make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. With three beautifully furnished bedrooms, a large and cozy living room, two modern bathrooms, and two separate toilets, there’s plenty of space to relax, work, or enjoy time with friends or family. The apartment is nestled in Vienna’s lovely 4th district — a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood full of character. You'll find great restaurants, charming cafés, and friendly local bars just around the corner, and the historic city center is only a 13-minute tram ride or a 20-minute stroll away. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end Miele appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso machine (with complimentary capsules to get you started). You’ll also find all the cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and basics like oil and spices for your daily cooking. Each of the three bedrooms is warm and inviting, featuring high-quality beds (two king-size and one queen-size), soft bedding, and plenty of storage. The living room is the heart of the apartment — perfect for winding down after a day in the city, with a large sofa bed, a big dining table, and a 65” 4K Smart TV with prepaid YouTube Premium and Netflix. Super-fast Wi-Fi is, of course, included. The two modern bathrooms feature spacious showers, fresh towels (2 per person), hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries. Upon arrival, each guest receives a 30 ml bottle of shampoo and shower gel. There’s also a washing machine and dryer in a separate laundry area inside the apartment — convenient and private. All utilities are included: hot water, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and regular maintenance are part of the package. As a little welcome, each guest also gets two Nespresso capsules. The apartment is professionally maintained, and we’re always just a message away if you need anything. For stays over one month, we provide one free cleaning per month — this includes a full cleaning of the apartment, fresh bed linen and towels, and a restock of your complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and coffee capsules. If you’d like additional cleanings, just let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange them.
