English: Welcome to the Arbio Apartment. The flat has a living room and 2 small bedrooms and is ideal for up to 4 people (each bedroom has a bed for 2 people). The flat is located near the Yppennplatz, the Huberpark and the Brunnenmarkt.
The accommodation
The flat is 52 m² in size and is particularly suitable for 2 couples or a small family. It is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and has an eat-in kitchen (kitchen, dining and living area in one room).
The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (one is 140 cm wide and the other 160 cm). Both bedrooms have a window overlooking an atrium - so these rooms are not very bright but quiet. Living room with TV, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster). Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and washing machine. The WC is separate.
There is a motorbike workshop on the ground floor of the house. This can cause some noise during the day (between 8.30 am and 6 pm, not at weekends).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Yppennplatzes, des Huberparks und des Brunnenmarktes.
Die Unterkunft
Die Wohnung hat ein Ausmaß von 52 m² und eignet sich insbesondere für 2 Paare oder eine Kleinfamilie. Sie befindet sich im 2. Stock (mit Lift) und hat eine Wohnküche (Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich in einem Raum).
Die Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet (eines hat eine Breite von 140 und das andere 160 cm). Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein Fenster auf einen Lichthof - dadurch sind diese Zimmer nicht sehr hell aber dafür ruhig. Wohnzimmer mit TV, Esstisch und Küche. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kapsel-Kaffemaschine, Toaster). Bad mit Badewanne, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Das WC ist separat.
Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine Motorradwerkstätte. Dadurch ist während des Tages etwas Lärmbildung möglich (zwischen 8:30 und 18 Uhr, nicht am Wochenende).
