It is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and has an eat-in kitchen (kitchen, dining and living area in one room). The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (one is 140 cm wide and the other 160 cm). Both bedrooms have a window overlooking an atrium - so these rooms are not very bright but quiet. Living room with TV, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster). Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and washing machine. The WC is separate. There is a motorbike workshop on the ground floor of the house. Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein Fenster auf einen Lichthof - dadurch sind diese Zimmer nicht sehr hell aber dafür ruhig. Wohnzimmer mit TV, Esstisch und Küche. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kapsel-Kaffemaschine, Toaster). Bad mit Badewanne, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Das WC ist separat. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine Motorradwerkstätte. Dadurch ist während des Tages etwas Lärmbildung möglich (zwischen 8:30 und 18 Uhr, nicht am Wochenende).
