English: A new, small UNSERVICED flat with all amenities. Well located with all transport options. Public transport within 5 walking min. (Bus, Subway), Electric Car charging device within 2 walking min. Garage (no SUVs - check dimension in our pics) in the building (not included in rent). There is a large mall in 5 walking min. with everything from Pharmacy to Supermarket. The flat is less than 10 driving minutes from the city center, so it is a 3rd floor apartment in the city. So there will be city noise, but it is a quiet street and to date we had no noise complaints, as everybody managed their expectations.
German: Neues, UNSERVICIERTES Stadtarpartment. Für jeden Bedarf verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Es befindet sich eine Garage im Gebäude (Garagenmiete nicht in der Miete enthalten. ACHTUNG: Garagen sind nicht SUV geeignet, beachten Sie die Dimensionen die Sie bei den Bildern finden). Eine öffentliche Ladestation befindet sich 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel die sie in weniger als min. ins Stadtzentrum bringen (Bus & U-Bahn befinden sich 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Ebenfalls 5 min. entfernt ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum, wo man vom Kino über Apotheke Bank und Post auch eine Menge Restaurants findet. Obwohl wir noch nie Lärmbeschwerden hatten weisen wir daraufhin, dass es eine Stadtwohnung ist und man daher keine Totenstille erwarten darf.
