It is also directly located at the Waldmüller Park if you feel like hugging some trees. :) It is rented furnished and situated on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. Public transport is only a few minutes walk away. You can either use the bus (14A), tram (1, Badner Bahn, 6, 18) or train (S-Bahn) to quickly get to the heart of Vienna or... essentially wherever you'd like to go! The apartment is available for residential use. Please note that use for tourist purposes is not permitted and that the rent does not include additional services such as cleaning or linen changes.
