If 5 people book it, they can use the room in the middle as a common area and have 2 separate bedrooms for 2 and 3 people. Finally, a floor plan is added to the pictures. There is no separate living room in the apartment, but the room with the sofa offers a smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Youtube.
