The apartment (47m2) is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a new building from 2024 and the upscale furnishings leave nothing to be desired. In the living room there is a 1.60m box spring sofa with sleeping facilities for two people and a Smart TV with more than 60 channels, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, four-plate stove, oven, microwave) and a dining area. The bedroom impresses with a 1.80 m box-spring bed, a large wardrobe and a workstation. The bathroom has a bathtub with rain shower and its own washing machine, the WC is separate. There is also a balcony facing the garden (south-west) with dining facilities. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and can be completely darkened with external shutters.
