From this room you can access the west-facing sun terrace. A beautiful solid wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which has 2 rooms and another bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. The living room and the 2 other rooms have parquet flooring, the remaining rooms are tiled. The house is in mint, immaculate condition and equipped with new furniture. The 58-hectare area is home to various animal and plant species and invites you to take an extended discovery walk. Das 58 Hektar große Gebiet beherbergt verschiedene Tier- und Pflanzenarten und lädt zu einem ausgedehnten Entdeckungsspaziergang ein.
