The space
The 35m2 flat is on the 3rd floor and has the following layout:
From the anteroom you have one door to the toilet and a door to the room. In the room there is a king size double bed and a sofa bed, so that a total of 4 persons can be accommodated. The windows of the room face face the street. From the room a door leads into the kitchen and from the kitchen there is a door to the bathroom.
Please note there is no separate living room in the apartment.
Guest access
The apartment has no connection to the intercom and there are cabinets on the corridor leading to the apartment, so it may be that this apartment is not suitable for business.

Die Unterkunft
Die 35m2 Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat folgende Raumaufteilung:
Vom Vorraum aus gibt es eine Tür zur Toilette und eine Tür zum Zimmer. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Kingsize-Doppelbett sowie ein Schlafsofa, sodass insgesamt 4 Personen Platz finden können. Die Fenster des Zimmers sind zur Straßenseite ausgerichtet. Vom Zimmer aus führt eine Tür in die Küche und von der Küche gibt es eine Tür ins Badezimmer.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es kein separates Wohnzimmer in der Wohnung gibt.
