English: The property is in immaculate condition and was completely refurbished in 2021. The flat is very bright and flooded with light. The floor is high quality wood and tiled.
The terrace and the bedroom face the very green inner courtyard and it is therefore very quiet.
The flat is ideal for singles or couples and is great for switching off. There are electric external blinds on the street side (side street).
Everything can be used during the interim tenancy. In addition to all the furniture, this includes my workstation with large screen and the TV with soundbar and subwoofer. WLAN, electricity and other costs are all included in the total rent.
The flat is fully equipped so you don't have to worry about anything.
Heated towel rails are available in the bathroom and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor, which can be used for a small fee (€1.45 for 2 washes).
In the basement there is a bicycle storage room and a separate as well as a general basement car park.

Die Terrasse und das Schlafzimmer sind auf den sehr grünen Innenhof gerichtet und es ist daher sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für Singles oder Paare und ist super zum Abschalten. Auf der Straßenseite (Nebenstraße) gibt es elektrische Außenjalousien.
Während der Zwischenmiete kann alles genutzt werden. Das sind neben der gesamten Möblierung auch meine Workstation mit großem Bildschirm sowie der TV mit Soundbar und Subwoofer. WLAN, Strom und weitere Kosten sind alle mit der Gesamtmiete abgegolten.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und man muss sich daher um garnichts kümmern.
Im Badezimmer sind beheizte Handtuchhalter vorhanden und im EG befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, die gegen geringe Gebühr (1,45€ für 2 Waschgänge) genutzt werden können.
Im Keller sind ein Fahrradabstellraum und ein separates als auch ein allgemeines Kellerarbteil vorhanden.
