Apartment is located on the first floor (with an elevator) of this building at Brunnengasse that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment is fully furnished (incl. washing machine) and completely equipped (incl. bed sheets, towels, kitchen amenities, and so on). You need just your suitcases to move in.
A queen-sized bed (boxspringbed cm), a fully equipped kitchen with an oven (you see it on the last picture) and a dining table with two chairs is also part of the interior. The own kitchen in the apartment offers you the flexibility to cook your own meals.
Wifi speed is up to 100 mbit download and you can enjoy the fire stick on the Smart TV. The drawer under the TV has a perfect size for your clothes, additionally in the hall there is clothing rail. The fridge is located in the hall and has enough space for all your food. The only downside is that there is no freezer.
There is an elevator to the apartment but at the entrance there are 5 steps.

Unsere 30m² große Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock mit Lift, ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über ein 160 x 200 cm großes Boxspringbett. Die Fenster sind südseitig auf die Straße ausgerichtet, sie haben Thermorollos und zusätzlich blickdichte und abdunkelnde Rollos und Gardinen. Zusätzlich verfügt die Küche nun auch über einen Ofen. Auf dem Tisch kann man Essen oder auch arbeiten. Die Sessel haben eine hohe Rückenlehne und schwenkbar. Die Kommode hat große Schubladen. Dazu gibt es im Vorraum noch eine Kleiderstange. Zusätzlich gibt es unter dem Bett Boxen für weitere Verstaumöglichkeiten.
Es gibt zwar einen Aufzug aber beim Eintritt des Hauses gibt es noch 5 Treppen zu bewältigen.
