The 60m² apartment is located in the 7th district of Vienna, in close proximity to the city center. In particular, the popular Volkstheater is only about 2 minutes away. This is the perfect location for everybody who wants to live central but still not in an overcrowded neighbourhood. In a small radius around the apartment, you will find some lovely restaurants and bars, which let you immerse in the typical Viennese life. Like nearly all of our apartments, this one is ideal for long term rental as it in addition to the separate bedroom and living room it also has its own storage space and even a walk-in closet.
