As I will be abroad for several months from March, I would like to rent out my apartment. The initial plan would be until the end of September, but could possibly be extended by arrangement.
The apartment has 108m2. A large eat-in kitchen with a view of the greenery, a large living room with bay window (~30m2), a study with desk and reading corner (approx. 25m2), a small bedroom with a view of the greenery, a large bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet in the entrance area.
The apartment was recently refurnished.
The kitchen and bedroom are located on the courtyard side with a view of the garden.
Three double windows and a large balcony door on the courtyard side create a bright atmosphere in the kitchen.
Washing machine, dishwasher, bathtub, fast WLAN, cooking utensils, coffee maker, Smart TV etc. - Everything is there ;)
Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Please do not smoke in the apartment.

Da ich ab März für mehrere Monate im Ausland sein werde, würden ich gerne meine Wohnung vermieten. Geplant wäre erstmal bis Ende September, könnte aber eventuell nach Absprache verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung hat 108m2. Eine große Wohnküche mit Blick ins Grüne, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Erker (~30m2), ein Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch und Leseecke (ca. 25m2), ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Blick ins Grüne, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein getrenntes Klo im Eingangsbereich.
Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem neu eingerichtet.
Hofseitig befinden sich Küche und Schlafzimmer mit Ausblick auf den Garten.
Drei Doppelfenster und eine große Balkontüre, hofseitig ermöglichen eine helle Atmosphäre in der Küche.
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Badewanne, schnelles WLAN,, Kochutensilien, Kaffeekocher,, Smart TV etc. - Alles da ;)
Leider sind keine Haustiere erlaubt. Bitte nicht im Apartment rauchen.
