This modern apartment is located in a quiet side street to a main street, Alserstrasse, from which you can reach the subway station of the line U6 “Alser-Straße” and tram stations “Brünnlbadgasse”. With both of these lines a trip into the inner-city or connection to any other subway- or tram lines takes only about 5 minutes. The bus line 48a is also within 5-minute walking distance. Within two blocks of Alserstrasse you will find anything you could need on a daily basis; cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries, post offices and pharmacies. Particularly convenient is a bakery that opens unconventionally early, closes late and is open during Sun- and Holidays (an exception in Vienna!) which is a one-minute walk away. A gourmet supermarket and a bio supermarket are also reachable within a three minute walk. In this location a car is not necessary for sure, bike lanes are also located within closest distance.
