You´re right at Augarten for trees and other green stuff and it´s a beautiful half-hour walk to the city center along the Donaukanal. Buses 5B and 5A, night bus N31 and tram 33 and 5 at the doorstep. Tram 31 and metro U4 Friedensbrücke and U6 Jägerstraße within walking distance (5 minutes). Get to every University in about 20 minutes. If you feel like it, you can walk along the Donaukanal to the city center in half an hour. There is a CityBike station next to the apartment, it´s a good way to explore the city and also a nice ride into town along Donaukanal.
