The bedroom with its king size superior box spring bed provides the perfect place to relax where as in the living and dining area you can watch a movie on a smart TV with cable TV connection or prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. From a cooking pot to a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine you will find everything you need for comfort to feel home. The relaxing bathroom is furnished with a bathtub and comes with soft towels in three different sizes as well as a hair dryer. Besides our apartment is fitted with floor heating, a free to use High Speed WIFI internet connection and a big wardrobe with a lot of space for your clothes. On demand it is possible to transform the convenient sofa in the living room into a comfortable extra bed with a slatted frame and end-to-end mattress without interruption. This comes as close as possible to a fully-fledged bed. An iron as well as an ironing board can be borrowed during your stay. Parking is available in our in-house garage. This apartment offers a great connection to public transportation. The bus 14A departs one minute’s walk away and takes you directly to the famous shopping street “Mariahilferstraße”. The tram station is only three walking minutes away and takes you to main station “Hauptbahnhof” and to the Belvedere Palace. The subway U1 is about 850 meters away and brings you to Vienna city centre “Stephansplatz” and to the Opera in only three to four stops. The supermarket “SPAR” is right around the corner within a two minutes walk. If you want to do grocery shopping after the regular opening hours, then feel happy to be living in an apartment close to Vienna’s central train station. At the main station “Hauptbahnhof” there is a supermarket open 7 days a week from 5:30am to 23pm.
