The absolute highlight is the multicultural Yppenplatz and the Brunnenmarkt right on the doorstep. Here you will find fresh delicacies as far as the eye can see, a wide range of restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries and countless market stalls with fresh food from all over the world.

The apartments are located in a modern building and offer plenty of space for 2-4 people. They feature a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a living room with a sofa bed, and direct access to a sunny loggia or a covered balcony overlooking the greenery. The separate bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub / shower and washing machine completes the amenities. Towels, bed linen, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
In the green courtyard, there's a cozy seating area for a relaxed break and a small playground for our youngest guests to have fun.
