This non-smoking flat with a brand-new balcony in top condition is located in Vienna's 2nd district, very close to the Vienna Prater, the University of Economics and Business Administration, Vienna exhibition centre and the underground/bus/streetcar. The flat is on the 2nd floor, there is a lift available. It will take you only 10 minutes walk to the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, 5 minutes to the underground, tram, bus and approx. 30 minutes walk to city center (. St. Stephen's Cathedral)! Supermarkets and various great restaurants are just around the corner (Billa, Spar, Bipa, dm). And for all those who are sporty, the Vienna Prater is 3 minutes away on foot (that's where Eliud Kipchoge broke the 2h barrier for a marathon)!
