The apartment offers a beautifully spacious anteroom with ample storage space and a separate walk-in closet, leading to the bathroom on the right, which comes with all amenities provided. Towels are supplied, so you won't need to bring any. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, and the cozy living room is lovingly decorated in a colorful style and separated by a wardrobe. It also includes a comfortable dining area and a sofa. Additionally, we have added a writing desk and a washing machine to the apartment. This fully furnished apartment is waiting for you to bring your suitcases and move right in. To make living in Vienna as easy as possible, we offer the rent including all costs (waste disposal, Internet, fees, furniture, towels, VAT, operating costs, bed linen, cleaning equipment, gas, and electricity). The rental contract is limited to a maximum period of 12 months. If a second person wants to live in the apartment, we charge an additional €50 per month to cover the extra expenses.
