The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet. The windows face the quiet courtyard. There is a terrace for smoking which is accessible from the bedroom. The building offers bicycle parking in the courtyard. Access for guests The building is in acceptable condition but perfectly located. The apartment is just a few steps below the ground floor, but the windows are large and lots of light comes in. Because of the terrace, insects can get into the apartment.
