English: My apartment has an entrance hall with the toilet on the left, and on the left side after the toilet is a small bathroom with a shower and sink. Straight ahead from the entrance is a large living room with a pull-out sofa bed, glass coffee table, and a super comfy vintage armchair. There are also lots of plants and a large aquarium. To the left of the entrance hall is a perfectly equipped kitchen with excellent appliances such as an oven, washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher from Bosch, Siemens, and Philipps. After the kitchen is the bedroom with a 2x2m loft bed, so there's plenty of space to sleep. The apartment is very well laid out. The 45A bus is a 3-minute walk away, the 46 tram is also a 3-minute walk away, and the Thaliastraße subway station is a 7-minute walk away. Spar and Billa are on the corner of the building. German: Meine Wohnung hat einen Vorraum wo links gleich das WC ist, auch auf der linken Seite nach dem WC ist das kleine Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken. Vom Eingang geradeaus gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch, Glascouchtisch und einen urbequemen Vintage Sessel. Sonst noch viele Pflanzen und ein großes Aquarium. Auf der linken Seite vom Vorzimmer ist eine perfekt eingerichtete Küche mit hervorragenden Küchengeräten wie Backrohr, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine von Bosch,Siemens, Philipps. Nach der Küche ist noch das Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett von 2*2m, also genügend Platz zum Schlafen 😜 Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Der Bus 45A ist 3min. sowie die Straßenbahn 46 3min. und die Ubahn Station Thaliastraße 7min zu Fuß entfernt. Spar und Billa sind am Eck des Hauses.
