I will be abroad with my wife for a few months and would therefore like to sublet my apartment for 1 to a maximum of 6 months. It is a newly renovated, fully furnished 85 sqm apartment on the 4th floor (elevator) of an old building with high ceilings and cozy, bright rooms. A kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a couch, work table with screen and piano. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated. The apartment has central gas heating, mobile split air conditioning and fast WiFi. Only a 10-minute walk from the 1st district, with very good connections to public transport (Wien-Mitte, tram 0,1) and all the shops you need.
