The apartment is in the 10th district of Vienna. This is the new "Sonnenviertel" around the main train station. The U1 extension as well as the redesign of the Altes Landgut or the development of the FH Campus Wien into Science City finally made this district "Favoriten" an up-and-coming trend district. There are not only local recreation areas such as Wienerberg, Laaer Wald and Kurpark Oberlaa, which invite you to go hiking and cycling. But also the transport connections are simply perfect (U1, U6, 6, 67, 7A, 65A, S1, S2, S3 or A2 and A23). Here are a few examples:- from the main train station: in 10-15 minutes (take the subway U1 to Reumansplatz and 2 stops on the tram 6 to Neilreichgasse)- from the airport: in 35 minutes (you can take a train that takes 15 minutes to HBF and then as described above, or you can take the Schnellbahn S7 to Geiselbergstrase (better to get on at the end of the train) and then tram 6 to Neilreichgasse.- from Erdberg bus station: in 20 minutes (take the U3 to Stephansplatz and then the U1 to Reumannplatz, then the tram 6 (2 stops)- from the center (Staphansplatz): about 15-20 minutes (you take tram 6, go 2 stops to Reumanplatz and take the U1)
