The apartment is in the 10th district of Vienna. This is the new "Sonnenviertel" around the main train station. The U1 extension as well as the redesign of the Altes Landgut or the development of the FH Campus Wien into Science City finally made this district "Favoriten" an up-and-coming trend district. There are not only local recreation areas such as Wienerberg, Laaer Wald and Kurpark Oberlaa, which invite you to go hiking and cycling. But also the transport connections are simply perfect (U1, U6, 6, 67, 7A, 65A, S1, S2, S3 or A2 and A23).
