In the old former shoe factory, a fully furnished new apartment is available for short-term rental for students, business travelers, etc. for all-inclusive rent. The apartment is newly furnished to the highest standard, including air conditioning, kitchen with granite countertops, separate toilet & bathroom and a 12m2 terrace with a view of the greenery. Electricity*, heating*, WiFi are included The rental period is limited to 1-6 months. Weekly rental is also possible by arrangement. The apartment is not rented for more than 6 months. Apartment cleaning including laundry service (bed linen, towels) can be booked for a fee of €45. The U4 & U6 Längenfeldgasse can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot. There are usually plenty of parking spaces on the street. *Electricity & heating is included at 15 kWh per day, above that the market price according to the contract (currently 35 cents per kWh) will be charged. The apartment currently has an average consumption of 11 kWh per day.
