The apartment is newly furnished to the highest standard, including air conditioning, kitchen with granite countertops, separate toilet & bathroom and a 12m2 terrace with a view of the greenery. Electricity*, heating*, WiFi are included The rental period is limited to 1-6 months. Weekly rental is also possible by arrangement. The apartment is not rented for more than 6 months. Apartment cleaning including laundry service (bed linen, towels) can be booked for a fee of €45. The U4 & U6 Längenfeldgasse can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot.
